The SweatBox Outdoor is crafted from premium Canadian cedar, fully insulated, elevated off the ground, and protected with a weatherproof cover. It plugs into a standard 110v outlet, fits seamlessly on patios and decks, and reaches 180°F in as little as 35 minutes using 12 advanced NIR Infrared red light therapy bulbs. How Hot Does It Get?
The SweatBox Outdoor reaches up to 180°F in as little as 35 minutes, depending on ambient temperature. It’s powered by 12 near-infrared (NIR) red light therapy bulbs—including four high-output 200W bulbs—delivering the intense, full-body heat you’d expect from a traditional sauna. But these bulbs do more than just heat the space—they also provide the wellness benefits of NIR spectrum red light therapy, supporting everything from cellular recovery and circulation to inflammation reduction and skin health. Paired with its fully insulated cedar build, the SweatBox Outdoor locks in heat and maximizes both performance and recovery in every session.

We are a true American small business with growing but limited capacity. Due to an influx in orders and the popularity of our outdoor version we have a lead time to finish production and fulfill new orders.
Current Lead Time For New Orders: SHIPS IN 8-12 Weeks from our Warehouse in Oregon.
We highly recommend placing your order now as we anticipate our lead time will only increase. In prior years, our lead time has reached as long as 16 weeks. And this was for our indoor version. We anticipate this outdoor version to have longer wait times. With that said, we will do our best to maintain it at a low lead time but as orders continue to grow, we cannot guarantee inventory.
Returns
At Sweat Box Saunas, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. For our full refund policy and details please visit our FAQ & Policy Page
Cancelations
You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled. For deposits: All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.
Warranty
Warranty
Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition.

How hard is the Set-Up process?
We are proud to say that our modular design makes set up extremely simple. On average the Sweat Box can be installed within 45 minutes to 1 hour.
All electrical components are pre-wired and only require "Plugging in" from you.
The Sweat Box can plug into any 110V-120V wall outlet so no electrician is needed.
Some of the wood framing is around 40lbs. So if you do struggle with holding weight of this amount we recommend setting it up with a partner.
The only tool required for set-up is a screw driver.

Does the Sauna come assembled?
Sweat Box saunas do not arrive assembled, but thanks to our modular design, assembly is quick and easy with one-two people, only taking around 1 hour.
