What it is

The sauna's light, without the sauna.

Whether you're at home, in the office, or traveling, the Red Light Therapy Station is a portable source of full-spectrum infrared light. It's the same category of bulb we build into our saunas, mounted on a stand you can pick up with one hand and point wherever you need it.

That portability is the whole idea. Use it at a desk to push back on the fatigue that comes from a day under fluorescent lights and screens. Use it on a specific spot — a shoulder, a knee, your lower back — anywhere in the house. Throw it in a bag and keep the routine going on the road.

It emits no UV and no blue light. Each bulb sits behind a stainless steel EMF shield, and the base adjusts so you can angle the light instead of rearranging yourself around it.

How it works

Full spectrum, not two thin lines.

Most red light panels are LED arrays. LEDs are efficient because they emit a narrow slice of the spectrum — usually a red peak and a near-infrared peak, and nothing in between. Incandescent full-spectrum bulbs work the opposite way.

Full-spectrum incandescent — this station
Continuous output across red and infrared, with UV and blue filtered out
Typical LED red light panel
Two narrow peaks — nothing in the gaps

This station

  • Continuous red and infrared output, not isolated peaks
  • Radiant warmth you can actually feel on the skin
  • No UV, no blue light — safe for evening use
  • Stainless EMF shield around every bulb
  • Adjustable base for angled treatment
  • Light enough to carry room to room, or pack

Typical LED panel

  • Narrow peaks with gaps between them
  • Little to no radiant heat
  • Wall-mounted or bulky floor stand
  • Often needs a fan, and you hear it
  • Fixed angle unless you move yourself
  • Not something you'd pack for a trip
Where people put it

Three rooms, one station.

At the desk

Against screen fatigue

Angle it across your desk during the workday. It's a deliberate counterweight to hours of overhead fluorescents and monitor glare — warm, full-spectrum light instead of cold, narrow light.

At home

On the spot that hurts

The adjustable base means you can aim it at a shoulder while you read, or a knee while you're on the couch, rather than arranging your body around a fixed panel on a wall.

On the road

In the suitcase

Compact and genuinely easy to transport. If your recovery routine falls apart every time you travel, this is the piece of it that fits in a bag.

Before you buy

Questions we actually get.

One bulb is for targeted work — a shoulder, a knee, your face and chest at a desk. Three bulbs spread far enough to cover a whole back or front in a single sitting. If you mostly want a specific spot, start with one. If you want full-body sessions without repositioning, get three.
LED panels emit a couple of narrow wavelength peaks. These are full-spectrum incandescent bulbs, so the output is continuous across red and infrared rather than isolated spikes — and you feel real radiant warmth, which LED panels largely don't produce. UV and blue light are excluded from both.
No. The station excludes UV and blue light emissions entirely, which is why it's comfortable to use in the evening without working against your sleep.
Each bulb sits inside a stainless steel electromagnetic field shield. It's the same concern we designed around in our saunas, handled the same way.
Yes — that's a large part of why it exists. It's compact and easy to transport, so the routine survives a work trip or a stay with family instead of stopping for a week.
Not at all. It's a standalone device. Plenty of people use it alongside a SweatBox sauna, and plenty use it on its own in an apartment or office where a sauna isn't an option.
Yes, through TruMed at checkout. And as an Oregon company we never charge sales tax.
