Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping

CURRENT LEAD TIME: 

We have worked extremely hard to catch up on the influx of orders we have received and we are proud to say we are now able to ship out orders within 4 weeks from our warehouse in Oregon.

Please keep in mind that during the Holiday season, our partnering freight companies have less truck drivers on staff and this can result in delayed deliveries. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

We highly recommend ordering now while our wait times are low. Previously, our lead times reached as long as 12 weeks due to massive influx in orders. We anticipate it growing to 12+ weeks again through the winter season as orders increase.

Our saunas ship via LTL Freight. They arrive on a pallet fully secured to ensure a safe transit to their final destination. 

Returns

At Sweat Box Sauna, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that for any opened products, we impose a 15% restocking fee to cover our handling and processing costs. We do supply a return label for shipping, however the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the items and it is in our sole discretion to process the refund. If we find that the product has been used or damaged, it will be shipped back to you.

Cancelations

You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order, it cannot be canceled. For deposits: All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours. We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48-hour period has passed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the issue you are experiencing is covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to file a claim, please email us at info@sweatboxshop.com to begin your warranty claim process. You will be responsible for any costs and expenses not covered under the warranty.

Warranty

Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 1-year warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition. It is important to note, Sweat Box Sauna as a company does not offer a warranty. We simply file a claim to our manufacturing partner and assist in getting the accessory or item replaced. We are here to help.
