Most saunas give you one slice of the spectrum. Our custom incandescent bulbs emit one continuous band from 550 to 3,000+ nm — the way the sun does — and our low-EMF panels deepen the far-infrared range further.
Near infrared

- Two wavelengths only — 660 nm and 850 nm, then nothing. No mid-infrared, no far-infrared. Targeted, but incomplete.
- Light without heat — LEDs run cool, so the heat comes from a separate system bolted alongside. Two independent systems, zero synergy by design.
- Flicker is possible — LED drivers cycling on AC power can strobe invisibly, a subtle stressor during long sessions.

Unfinished hemlock — nothing to off-gas
Sanded and left completely raw: no stains, varnishes, or chemical sealants. Inside a heated sauna with open pores, the air you breathe should be warm, pure wood — nothing else. Hemlock is dimensionally stable, naturally decay-resistant, hypoallergenic, and odor-neutral when heated.
Certified low EMF — below 2 milligauss
Household appliances typically emit 2–400 mG up close. The sauna you sit inside stays at or below 2 mG — thanks to simple filament bulbs with zero onboard electronics, shielded wiring, grounding, and certified low-EMF panels.
