The Sweat Booth turns up the heat—often reaching 185°F with its traditional dry sauna design powered by a Harvia Cilindro electric heater, revered for its Finnish craftsmanship and generous stone capacity that delivers luxurious, long-lasting heat. Pour water over the hot rocks using the included bucket and scooping ladle to ignite billows of invigorating steam—whether a gentle mist or a bold burst—giving you even hotter, dynamic temperatures on demand. And with dual adjustable vents top and bottom—our Smart Air Flow Technology—you’re in control of your sauna atmosphere, modulating airflow and heat intensity to your perfect indulgence.

Shipping

We are a true American small business with growing but limited capacity. Due to an influx in orders we have a lead time to finish production and fulfill new orders.

Current Lead Time For New Orders: Due to an influx in orders we have recently received and our commitment to quality over quantity, we have an estimated 6-12 week lead time before new orders ship from our warehouse in Oregon.

We highly recommend placing your order now as we anticipate our lead time will only increase. In prior years, our lead time has reached as long as 16 weeks. With that said, we will do our best to maintain it at a low lead time but as orders continue to grow, we cannot guarantee inventory.

Returns

At Sweat Box Saunas, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. For our full refund policy and details please visit our FAQ & Policy Page

Cancelations

You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled. For deposits: All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.

Warranty

Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition.
