How Hot Does It Get?
The Sweat Box Sauna features both Infrared Panels and Red Light Heat Bulbs that bring the internal temperature to 65°C or 150° F. We have chosen to limit the temperature to 65°C or 150° to ensure the safety of our users. Surpassing this temperature in an Infrared sauna can lead to dehydration and other health concerns. Due to the deep penetrating nature of infrared heat waves, the sauna will warm your body from within rather than just an external heat like most traditional saunas. This internal heating effect causes you to feel and sweat as if you are in 200°+ temperatures. The sauna can reach its max temperature levels in 30 minutes depending on ambient temperature.

We have worked extremely hard to catch up with demand and are finally able to ship with low lead time.
We highly recommend placing your order now as we anticipate our lead time will increase during peak season. Previously, our lead time reached as long as 14 weeks. With that said, we will do our best to maintain it at a low lead time but as orders continue to grow, we cannot guarantee inventory.
Returns
At Sweat Box Saunas, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. For our full refund policy and details please visit our FAQ & Policy Page
Cancelations
You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled. For deposits: All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.

Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition. Extended warranties can be purchased through XCoverage on our site!

How hot does the Sweat Box Sauna get?
The Sweat Box is equipped with both infrared heat panels and red light bulbs. We have set the maximum temperature of the infrared panels to reach 150° Fahrenheit. Exceeding this temperature with infrared heat can pose some health risks and cause dehydration. For this reason we have limited the temperature this amount. Infrared heat penetrates deep into your body's core which makes you sweat and detox. Many customers have informed us that with the combination of Red Light Bulbs and Infrared panels, the temperature in the sauna feels much hotter than the 150° we limit it to.
What material is the sauna made from?
The Sweat Box Sauna is constructed from high-quality hemlock wood, a material renowned for its durability, resistance to decay, and excellent insulation properties. Hemlock's tight grain and natural oils make it less prone to warping and cracking, ensuring the longevity of the sauna. Additionally, hemlock wood is known for its ability to retain heat, making it an ideal choice for maintaining consistent temperatures within the sauna. Its smooth texture and pleasant aroma further enhance the overall sauna experience, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.
Is the Sweat Box Sauna safe for everyone?
The Sweat Box Sauna is designed with safety in mind, featuring low EMF levels, controlled temperatures, and a safety shut-off timer. However, it's important to exercise caution when using any sauna. Certain individuals should avoid sauna use, including pregnant women, young children, those with heart conditions, and individuals with low blood pressure or other medical conditions that may be exacerbated by heat exposure. We always recommend consulting with your doctor before using our saunas to ensure it is safe for your specific health circumstances. Further, our policy section states that the misuse of our products by the end user is out of our control and we will not be held liable for any accidents that occur from misjudgment from the user.
How hard is the set up?
The Sweat Box Sauna was designed to be an easy, stress free set up. It is a modular design with less than 10 pieces that fit together like a puzzle. It can be set-up by 1 person in under an hour and does not require an electrician. The plug can be connected to any standard 110V-120V outlet and does not require any advanced technical skills.

Can this sauna go outside?
The Sweat Box Sauna was ultimately designed for indoor use. It can go outside in the right conditions. It is very important that it is placed in a FULLY covered space and on a COMPLETELY dry surface. An example of a covered space would be a covered patio or in a spot that is blocked from the elements. This sauna is not water proof and should be safe from the elements. It also will not withstand moisture.
If you are looking for an outdoor version we will have an outdoor model available for pre-order in December 2024.
