We are a true American small business with growing but limited capacity. Due to an influx in orders we have a lead time to finish production and fulfill new orders.
Current Lead Time For New Orders: Due to an influx in orders we have recently received and our commitment to quality over quantity, we have an estimated 6-12 week lead time before new orders ship from our warehouse in Oregon.
We highly recommend placing your order now as we anticipate our lead time will only increase. In prior years, our lead time has reached as long as 16 weeks. With that said, we will do our best to maintain it at a low lead time but as orders continue to grow, we cannot guarantee inventory.
Returns

Cancelations
You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled. For deposits: All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.

Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 2-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition. Extended warranties can be purchased through XCoverage on our site!

How hard is the set up?

The Sweat Booth is designed with convenience in mind, arriving in seven pre-built panels with most components already installed. Assembly is straightforward and can be completed in just 1–2 hours with two people. We recommend tackling setup with a buddy, or upgrading to our White Glove Delivery & Installation Service for a completely hands-off experience.
Power Requirements
The commercial-grade Harvia heater operates on 220v power, so you’ll need a licensed electrician to prep the electrical connection before installation. Once connected, you’ll be ready to enjoy the full traditional sauna experience in no time.
