Our Wood + Steel Cold Tub System is powered by our Eu4ric 1HP Chiller. It can cool the water down to 33° or heat the water to 104° in roughly 0-3 hours depending on starting ambient temperatures.

Shipping

We are a true American Small business with growing but limited capacity. Due to an exceptional influx in orders from increased popularity and our mission to maintain a high quality standard with every order, our current production and shipping times range between 1-2 weeks. We assure you that our team is working diligently to ensure every order is crafted with care and shipped out as swiftly as possible. Of course, if possible we will ship before this estimated time frame.

Returns

Cancelations

You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled. For deposits: All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.

Warranty

Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition.
